Abstract: I have advised His Excellency the Governor-General to make the following appointments:

1. Minister of Finance and Minister of Planning and Development:
Mr. George Chambers
Mr. Brensley Barrow will serve as Minister of State in the Ministry
of Finance, and Mr. J.R.F. Richardson as Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Planning and Development.

2. Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs:
Mr. Karl Hudson-Phillips
Mr. Hector Mac Lean will serve as Minister of State in the Ministry of Legal Affairs.

3. Minister of Labour, Social Security and Cooperatives:
Mr. Errol Mahabir, with Mr. John Daniel as Parliamentary Secretary for Cooperatives and Miss Ruby Felix as Parliamentary Secretary
to deal with the status and problems of women.
