Speech to be delivered by the Prime Minister at the Chatham Graduation Ceremony – May 11, 1968

Title: Speech to be delivered by the Prime Minister at the Chatham Graduation Ceremony – May 11, 1968
Author Williams, Eric Eustace,
Abstract: Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen, I think it was some eighteen months ago, as the records can certify, that the trainees of this graduating class were formally inducted in the Chatham Agricultural Youth Camp. The conducted tour over the Camp area has been most informative. I am very pleased with the physical development of the Camp which will be accelerated as the Camp population increases over the years. Today, Mr. Chairman, is Graduation Day – the first Graduation Day – a most important milestone in the history of the Camp, and a red-letter day in the life of every one of the trainees.
