| Abstract: | BE IT RESOLVED:- that this Special Convention of the People’s National Movement, meeting on Sunday June 15, 1975, at the Convention Centre in Chaguaramas, the focal point of Caribbean Nationalism:- ( a) reaffirms its commitment to work for the establishment of the Caribbean Economic Community as proclaimed as its goal by P.N.M. at a Special Convention in January 1962; (b) pledges its continued support for the promotion of Caribbean Integration as developed in the Caribbean Community Treaty signed at Chaguaramas in July 1973; |
