Prime Minister’s Radio and Television Address to the Nation – 19th October 1971

Title: Prime Minister’s Radio and Television Address to the Nation – 19th October 1971
Author Williams, Eric Eustace,
Abstract: For some time now there has been a marked increase of tension in the industrial relations field. Pooching has almost become a way of life for some unions.  Racial abuse and violence have been intensified. Strikes and go-slows ore slowly strangling the economy. It would almost appear as if somebody is trying to ensure that, for every additional job created directly or indirectly through the Government’s efforts, one worker or more is put out of a job.
