| Abstract: | Mr. Chairman, Minister of Education and Culture, President and Officers of the Secondary School Teachers’ Association, Teachers: I have always found it pleasant to talk with teachers perhaps because I do not feel like an outsider to the teaching profession, and I am particularly grateful to you for having given me the opportunity of speaking to you on this occasion.
