| Abstract: | Mr. Chairman etc, The designation of the year 1968 as BUY LOCAL year is intended to concentrate the attention of the citizen on the necessity to buy our locally produced agricultural and industrial commodities. Without the full support of every citizen in this drive, it will be impossible for our industries and agriculture to provide the employment opportunities, which are necessary in such large-numbers, if we are to come anywhere near to the solution of the nagging problem of unemployment. |
