| Abstract: | Mr. Chairman, Members of General Council, Delegates and Observers. I join with the Party Chairman in extending a warm welcome to all the delegates and observers to this 12th Annual Convention taking place here in Scarborough, Tobago. The Annual Party Convention is an important event at any time. Its importance this year is only enhanced by the fact that for the first time in our history we are meeting in Tobago. I hope that the Trinidad delegates and observers will find the time to see some of the development projects in Tobago and to enjoy Tobago’s scenery and beauty. |
