| Abstract: | A few weeks ago the Principal who is an old friend of mine wrote me asking me whether I would come hers to your graduation today. I was very hesitant, I waited a long time before replying. The reason being that the moment I come to North Eastern College then there are so many other schools all over the country that would keep inviting me, as far as possible I leave these responsibilities to the Minister of Education. |
