| Abstract: | Your graduating class’ choice of motto. Humanity to Humanity, is singularly appropriate at this period of overriding concern with the relations between the so-called developed and the so-called developing nations. For this graduation exercise, therefore, as your Caribbean Union College stands poised to celebrate its 50th anniversary, I have selected for my subject the contrast between humanity in the developed countries and humanity in the developing countries, with special reference to education. |
