Mr. Speaker, Honourable Members,: As agreed to by the Cabinet at its meeting yesterday, December 2, I wish to place in the records of this Honourable House the facts in relation to the position of Trinidad and Tobago in the Debate on the China question at the United Nations. I hope this will remove some of the misrepresentations which have been circulated both at home and abroad about our position on this question. |
